iH8sn0w has released Sn0wbreeze v2.4 for iOS 4.3.1 to jailbreak and unlock your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices for Windows users. Sn0wbreeze 2.4 beta 1 available for download. Sn0wbreeze 2.4 also includes Ultrasn0w tool which is required to unlock 4.3.1 iOS devices. The tool is still in tethered mode which means you have to boot into a jailbroken state when ever you turn on your device.

For those who don’t know, Sn0wbreeze is a jailbreaking tool for Windows users just like PwnageTool for Mac users. The tool enables you to cook custom IPSW file which is required to jailbreak and unlock your device. Read more details after the break.

• Sn0wbreeze 2.4 Ultrasn0w is NOT compatible with the folllowing basebands! (02.10.04 / 03.10.01 / 04.10.01 / 05.14.02 / 05.15.04)
• iPhone 3GS users can upgrade to 06.15.00 baseband now under Unlocks section in Expert.
• Upgrading your iPhone 3GS baseband to the 06.15.00 iPad baseband hack to unlock MAY cause you to lose your GPS!
