For those who don’t know, Ultrasn0w got broken due to Apple’s ASLR feature, but Djayb6 has released UltraSn0w Fixer for iOS 4.3.1 which will break this security as well. The current supported baseband by this fixer are iOS 3.0 – 04.26.08, iOS 3.1 – 05.11.07, iOS 3.1.2 – 05.11.07, iOS 3.1.3 – 05.12.01, iOS 4.0 – 05.13.04, iOS 4.0.1 – 05.13.04, iOS 4.0.2 – 05.13.04, iOS 4.1 – 05.14.02 & 06.15.00, iOS 4.2 – 05.15.04 & 06.15.00, iOS 4.2.1 – 05.15.04 & 06.15.00, iOS 4.3 – 05.16.01 & 06.15.00.
So if you have one of these basebands, please follow our tutorial on how to unlock iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.3.1 using UltraSn0w Fixer.
Step One
To use Ultrasn0w Fixer on iOS 4.3.1, you will need to jailbreak your device using our guide. Follow our complete step by step guide which can be found here.
Step Two
Now as your device is successfully jailbroken on iOS 4.3.1, you will need to install the original ultrasn0w. The guide for complete installation can be found here.
Step Three
Now as you have done everything. You are all ready to install Ultrasn0w fixer. First step is to launch Cydia.

Step Four
In Cydia, go to manage -> sources -> edit -> add and add the source:

Step Five
Once you’re done with adding Djayb6 repo, tap on search and look for “Ultrasn0w Fixer 4.3.1″. Install/Confirm the installation.

Step Six
Now the installation will start and you will see the similar screen. Once done tap complete.

That’s it! Now you should be able to use your device with unlock support.
UPDATE X1:Ultrasn0w Fixer 4.3.1 has been updated to version 1.1.0-0. You can install or update the latest version via Cydia.
**NOTE: iH8sn0w has released a Window based jailbreak tool called Sn0wbreeze. The current version of Sn0wbreeze is v2.4b1. If you are jailbreaking your device using Sn0wbreeze, then you will not require this Ultrasn0w fixer as iH8snow has fixed all ALSR patches.
