Apple has released the iOS 4.3.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch to public. This updates brings several minor bugfixes and improvements to all iOS devices.

- Fixes an occasional graphics glitch on iPod touch (4th generation)
- Resolves bugs related to activating and connecting to some cellular networks
- Fixes image flicker when using Apple Digital AV Adapter with some TVs
- Resolves an issue authenticating with some enterprise web services
iOS 4.3.1 is available for the iPhone 4 (GSM), iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad, iPod Touch 3G and iPod Touch 4G. Unfortunately, there is no updates for iPhone 3G, iPod Touch 2G, Apple TV 2G and CDMA Verizon iPhone 4.
We have earlier reported that BGR managed to get a hold on the iOS 4.3 a week before of it’s release and they have noticed some battery life improvements, although it need to be confirmed.
